Purchasing The Jewellery Tutorial
The jewellery tutorials can be seen on my website here under Tutorials, on my Justyna Jewellery Etsy shop
The jewelry tutorials will be sent in PDF format by email.
You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat to open the tutorial, which can be downloaded for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/.
The jewelry tutorials will be sent usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Weekends and holidays may take a little longer but this will be announced in advance on my Etsy page. If you haven't received the tutorial within 24 hours please check your spam folder.
The method to pay is PayPal, so you will need a credit card or PayPal account.
If you don't have a PayPal account don't worry, just pay by credit card on the PayPal page.
JUSTYNAJEWELLERY TUTORIAL POLICY:
1. JustynaJewellery tutorials including all images and texts are the property of JustynaJewellery.
2. The tutorials cannot be duplicated, reproduced, distributed, published in any way or lent without explicit written permission given by the designer- JustynaJewellery.
3. You can use JustynaJewellery tutorials to learn new techniques and create new designs using the technique. Please give credit to the designer either by saying “made using a JustynaJewellery tutorial” or if you changed the design: “inspired by a JustynaJewellery tutorial”.
4. The tutorials are for personal use only- you may sell the jewellery made from the tutorials, but it must be made by you and can not be mass produced by you or by your employees.
5. You can not teach the tutorials in live classes without JustynaJewellery written permission.
6. You cannot teach the tutorials online, even if you create them using your own text and images.

Purchasing The Jewellery Piece
The jewellery pieces on my website are either unique or in very little limited numbers. So, if you wish to order a piece from the website, please contact me first to enquire as to its availability. If the item is available, I will provide you with the shipping cost and the PayPal money request. The only available method to pay is PayPal, so you will need a credit card or PayPal account.
If I am on holidays or for some reason I am not able to process your order, you will find a notice to this effect on the website.
All items are packed into an organza bag and a secure envelope. The package will also contain a receipt.
All items are sent via registered post by AnPost, and all shipping costs are covered by the customer. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of the items and their destination. This price will be confirmed at the time of purchase. The item will be shipped after you have completed the payment process.
If there is a jewellery piece that you like which is unavailable please contact me and I may be able to produce the same item or a similar one. Similarly, if there is a piece of jewelry which you would like with a different combination of colours or some other alterations made, please let me know as I would be pleased to design and make the piece for you. Please note that items that were especially ordered can not be returned.
All items which were not specially ordered may be returned within 20 calendar days from the date on the receipt. Jewellery must be not worn, must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, with the receipt enclosed. A full refund will be given, less the cost of shipping. Please contact me first to arrange a return.
If - despite my precision and attention while making the jewellery - an item has broken due to normal wear and tear within the first six months after purchase, you may send me the item for complimentary repair. Please contact me to arrange a repair.
If you have damaged your jewellery it can be repaired anytime. The repair fee depends on the extent of the damage. Please contact me for more information if needed.
